What's new in MyFlow.

  1. v0.9.14

    Never miss a new version

    • MyFlow now tells you when a newer version is out, with a button to download it. Installing it keeps your settings, history and Voice DNA.
    • Check for updates yourself in Help, or turn the daily check off. It only asks getmyflow.app for the latest version number.
    • Voice DNA has its own page again, next to Coach.
    • A welcome tour and a short How this works card on every page. Help brings either back.
    • A tidier sidebar: your history, stats and Pro tools first, then the settings you set once.
    • A refreshed app icon.

  2. v0.9.13

    You decide what AI apps can read

    • Connecting Claude, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or Codex now asks whether that app may read your dictations, and explains where the text goes.
    • If an AI app asks for your dictations while sharing is off, MyFlow shows the request so you can allow it or say not now.
    • Apps you don't have yet get a button to download them, with a reminder to sign in first.
    • The log file no longer contains your snippets, custom words or prompts.
    • Security updates to the libraries MyFlow uses for secure connections and downloads.
    • About now lists the speech model credits and every open-source library inside MyFlow.

    Connect your AI apps in one click

    • MyFlow for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit): pick Windows in the download form.
    • Coach, Voice DNA and MCP are now three separate pages, so each one is easy to find.
    • Connect Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Windsurf or Codex to MyFlow with one click. No commands and no config files.
    • The MCP page only says Working once an app has really connected, and tells you when an app needs a restart.
    • A live check shows that MyFlow's connection for AI apps is running.

  4. v0.9.11

    Speaking Coach, Voice DNA and a stop that always works

    • New Coach page (Pro): see the words you lean on, get a 7-day speaking plan, and build your Voice DNA.
    • MyFlow MCP (Pro): Claude, Codex and other AI agents can read your Voice DNA, improve it and write in your voice.
    • Insights shows your week: a streak, the last 7 days, word milestones and a card you can share.
    • Pressing your shortcut again, fn included, always stops the recording, even after your Mac was locked.
    • The tick on the recording pill works on the first click.
    • If your mic sends no sound, MyFlow tells you instead of quietly showing nothing.
    • Long dictations paste reliably, and new users get the best English model first.
    • One download for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.

  5. v0.9.10

    Updates keep your permissions

    • Signed with the MyFlow certificate, so updates keep your Accessibility permission.
    • Since 13 October the same download runs on Intel Macs as well as Apple Silicon.
